Small Class Sizes

  • Our class sizes are limited to 8 participants, which will allow our instructors to give each person a more individualized experience. If you have goals you want to reach, then let our instructors know and we'll help you get there!

Shorter classes

  • Most of our classes are 45 minutes long, which pushes us to make sure you are getting the most out of your time with us.

Team Building

  • Play with a team on court? Taking group exercise together is a great way to put in more team time! Supporting each other through tough workouts is a great team building strategy.

  • Dealing with an injury? Our instructors will always offer more than one way to complete a movement. Our classes are structured so we can change your workout to suit you!

Registration and payment will be done through the Tennis Front Desk. Members must call in or register in person. Class sizes are limited to 8 people. You may ask to be put on a waiting list. Priority will be given to members who have paid for a monthly membership.

Pricing for classes:

  • Monthly fitness membership rates
    • Monthly one-person fitness membership for club members: $75
    • Monthly family fitness membership for club members: $90
  • Drop-in rates (individual classes): $9
  • Monthly fitness memberships enable the owner to attend an unlimited number of classes during the membership period. Membership rates are locked in and will be renewed automatically for six months
