North Ridge Tennis and Golf Club

The physical demands of tennis require a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for athletes trying to elevate their game. At NRTG, we develop personalized training programs as well as support our athletes with knowledge, coaching, and motivation to help them succeed.

In particular, a well-designed tennis strength and conditioning program will:

  • Increase power in serves, forehands, backhands, and volleys
  • Increase agility, speed, and balance allowing you to get into better position for more shots
  • Increase endurance allowing you to maintain a high level of performance during long matches
  • Reduce occurrence of injuries from over-use and muscular imbalances in the body
  • Increase confidence giving the athlete the mental edge over their opponents


  • Caleb Kennedy's rate for both members of NRTG and non-members is $75.00 per hour

We require 24-hour notice to cancel a personal training session. If you do not show up for a scheduled session, or you fail to give 24-hour notice, you will be billed accordingly.

No prorating of training sessions will be given for late arrivals.
